Initial assessment
Service Description
The initial assessment is a key first step in understanding your body as a whole. It is not limited to addressing a single issue, but focuses on a comprehensive evaluation of the musculoskeletal system and overall body balance. During the assessment, we carry out a detailed professional examination of the musculoskeletal system, including analysis of posture, range of motion, muscle imbalances, overload patterns, restrictions, and compensatory mechanisms. An individual consultation is also an integral part of the session, during which we discuss your concerns, lifestyle, work-related demands, sports activities, and any previous injuries or surgeries. If you have medical reports, imaging results (X-ray, MRI, CT), or other clinical findings available, we are happy to review them and place them within the broader context of your body’s functional state. Based on all gathered information, we create an individualized therapeutic plan tailored to your specific needs. We recommend appropriate therapeutic approaches—such as manual therapy, osteopathy, visceral therapy, craniosacral therapy, therapeutic massage, or other specialized techniques—and outline the next steps in your ongoing care.
